The delegation headed by its Secretary General Masaharu Ueki is on a visit to the DPRK.

The visitors were deeply moved and fascinated by beautiful Kimjongilias in full bloom.

At the end of the visit the head of the delegation made an entry in the visitor's book.

He wrote: I warmly congratulate General Secretary Kim Jong Il on his birthday. My visit to the festival provided an opportunity to know better about the Korean people's reverence for him and the reality of the DPRK in which the leader and the people form a harmonious whole.
