Situated in the Tungam area, the garden lies along the west coast by modern production premises, public buildings and housing estate.

The employees completed a pig farm and an organic fertilizer plant for ring-shape circular production system. They also paved roads, dug drainage canals and improved rivers.

More than 10 blocks of public buildings including cultural center, housing units, nursery, kindergarten and school were built in the provincial seat.
