They included the People's Party, FUNCINPEC Party, Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Ministry of Defense, Ministry of the Royal Palace and the Taekwon-Do Association of Cambodia, the C.C., Communist Party of Great Britain (Marxist-Leninist), the People's Socialist Party, the Socialist Popular Party and the Socialist Party of Mexico, the Mexican Committee for the Study of Kimilsungism, the Mexican Institute for the Study of the Juche Idea, the Mexican National Coordinating Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea, the Mexican Friend Association for Memory of President Kim Il Sung, the Mexican Committee for Supporting Korea's Reunification, the Mexico-Korea Friendship Association, Chinese companies and the International Kim Il Sung Foundation.

Among them were also a senior minister, Minister of Information Khieu Kanharith and Senator Oum Mannorine of Cambodia, Coordinator of the National Coordinating Committee of the Workers' Party of Mexico Alberto Anaya Gutierrez and Giancarlo Elia Valori, chairman of the Development Bank of the Mediterranean and chairman of the Italian General Investment Group.
