They included a meeting, lecture, book and photo exhibitions and film shows.

Displayed were books and photos introducing the exploits of President Kim Il Sung and Kim Jong Il and Songun Korea.

Films shown included "The Tower of Juche Idea" and "The Country Shining by Arms of Mt. Paektu".

The director of the Institute for Foreign Policy Studies of India and the chairman of the Juche Idea Study Society of Indian Delhi in their speeches praised Kim Jong Il for rendering devoted services for the prosperity of the country and the happiness of the people even on his birthday.

The chief of the Group for the Study of Works of Kim Jong Il in Denmark said that Kim Jong Il has thoroughly embodied the Juche idea, the Songun idea founded by the President, in all fields of politics, economy, military affairs and culture.

Thanks to his outstanding Songun politics the Korean revolution will advance to victory without the slight deviation despite whatever severe environment and conditions, he added.
