The Korean people have achieved great success in guaranteeing the local supply of materials, true to the theory of seed. The completion of the Juche iron and fertilizer production systems is a fruition of the strenuous drive waged with non-coke and coal gasification as seeds.

Now many industrial enterprises have modernized machinery and production processes and kept production going at a high rate. It is possible to attain the high goal of increased production and modernization if one correctly embodies the theory of seed in unusual spirit of creation to advance toward the world. This is another precious mental treasure the Korean people gained in two years of great surge.

They will bring about a decisive turn in improving the people's standard of living and building a thriving nation by holding fast to this theory under the leadership of the great party this year.
