The chairwoman of the Kim Jong Suk Women's Union of Russia said that in the DPRK the women's social status and role have been enhanced under the meticulous care of Kim Jong Il.

The DPRK is a peculiar society in which great advances have been made in all fields under the banner of the Juche idea, the Songun idea, said a member of the Mongolian Association for the Study of Juche Idea-Songun Idea.

Wipin Gupta, chairman of the Juche Philosophy Study Committee of India, noted that Kim Jong Il realized the long-cherished desire of the Korean people for leading a dignified life in harmony in a powerful country of independence and formed a harmonious whole between the leader and the people.

A congratulatory message to Kim Jong Il was adopted at a seminar in Russia.
