The organization in a resolution accused the present authorities of bringing to naught all the achievements made in the June 15 era through the struggle for improving the south-north relations and achieving prosperity common to the nation, escalating confrontation with fellow countrymen and increasing the danger of war.

The youth and students will fight to the last in the van of the struggle for preserving and implementing the June 15 joint declaration, a milestone of national reunification, and the October 4 declaration, its action programme, the organization declared.

The youth and students will let the people know the justice of the reunification movement, conduct activities disclosing the "government's" moves against reunification and stage the struggle for the repeal of the "National Security Law," convinced that the implementation of the joint declarations is the only way for achieving reunification, peace and prosperity of the nation, it noted.

It declared that the youth and students would further intensify the actions for putting a halt to the dangerous war maneuvers for invading the north and achieving peace on the Korean Peninsula.
