The gifts came from Gao Jinliang, chairman and managing director of the Jinpei Century Investment Group Co., Ltd., and the chairman of the China Jilin International Economic and Technical Corporation.

They were separately conveyed to an official concerned of the DPRK working in China by the two businessmen.
