Anders Kristensen, chairman of the Denmark-DPRK Friendship Association, said in his speech that Kim Jong Il has further developed in depth the immortal Juche idea founded by President Kim Il Sung and turned the DPRK into a politico-ideological and military power under the uplifted banner of Songun.

David Mahobo, chairperson of the Mahlambandlophy, Pretoria City, Branch of the African National Congress of South Africa, referred to the fact that Kim Jong Il has made tireless efforts to build a socialist power in Korea by pursuing the unique Songun politics.

Andre Aubry, delegate president of the France-Korea Friendship Association, praised Kim Jong Il as a great man for having performed immortal exploits by wisely leading the Korean people's struggle to build socialism and reunify the country.
