Civil Rights Violation Serious in Russia

| Moscow, February 24 (KCNA) -- The Supreme Prosecutor's Office of the Russian Federation laid bare over 2.5 million cases of infringement on civil rights and freedom outside criminal law last year. The prosecutor general said this when he met with the UN high commissioner for Human Rights on Feb. 14. |
