Mikhail Panchenko, general secretary of the International Alliance of Societies for the Study of the Juche Idea and Songun Policy in East European and Central Asian Regions, made a speech under the title of "Kim Jong Il and his prominent ideo-theoretical activities".

He noted that Kim Jong Il has developed the Workers' Party of Korea into the party organizing and guiding all victories of the Korean people through his extraordinary ideo-theoretical activities.

Nikolayev, a member of the Russian Society for Promoting the Study and Dissemination of Comrade Kim Jong Il's Works, in his speech titled "Giving priority to ideology" said that the DPRK is now displaying its dignity as an invincible socialist country undeterred by the imperialists' moves to stifle it.

The credit for it goes to the wise leadership of Kim Jong Il who has consistently given top priority to ideology, he added.

Dmitriyev Andrei, chairman of the All-Russian Society for the Study and Dissemination of Kimilsungism, in a speech titled "Comrade Kim Jong Il's historic visit to Russia" stressed the significance of his Russia visit.
