The BCP on Feb. 12 posted on its Internet homepage an article titled "Cause of Independence and Kim Jong Il" which said: Kim Jong Il provided a sure guarantee for the victory of the cause of independence and a treasured sword for winning a sure victory.

He established the Songun political mode on the basis of his insight into the importance of an army and arms in accomplishing the cause of independence and the stern reality of the anti-imperialist struggle.

He put forward the Korean People's Army as a pillar and a main force of the revolution and has channeled primary efforts into bolstering the army.

The Nigerian committee on Feb. 6 posted on its Internet homepage an article introducing the fact that Kim Jong Il, regarding his love for the people as his inborn disposition, has devoted his all to their happiness.
