Baguma Isoke, director general of the African Regional Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea and chairman of the Ugandan National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea, and other speakers highly praised Kim Jong Il as an outstanding thinker and theoretician who has developed in depth the Juche idea founded by President Kim Il Sung.

Francis F. Lyimo, chairman of the Tanzanian National Coordinating Committee of the Juche Idea Study Groups, expressed belief that the Korean people would make greater successes in their struggle for building a thriving nation and reunifying the country under the experienced and seasoned leadership of Kim Jong Il.

Kim Jong Il formulated the Songun politics as a main political mode under socialism and put forward the army as a pillar and a driving force for not only defending the country but building socialism, thereby firmly protecting the sovereignty of the DPRK from the imperialists' moves to stifle it, noted the chief of the Hannover Group for the Study of the Juche Idea in Germany.

Congratulatory messages to Kim Jong Il were adopted at the seminars in Germany and Peru.
