They are the Professors' Union, the Council of Professors for Democracy and the Council of Scientific Organizations.

The organizations called a news conference in Seoul that day as regard the publication of the paper.

Speakers at the conference said that the last three years after the emergence of the present "government" were consistent with arrogance and arbitrariness and thus the society was doomed to crisis and democracy was nominal.

From the very day of its birth, the "government" has insisted on the policy of confrontation while rejecting the south-north dialogue and, after all, dark clouds of war are hanging over this land, they charged.

What the south Korean people should do is to put the wheels of history in correct direction, they said, adding that reappearance of such "government" should be checked.
