| Pyongyang, February 28 (KCNA) -- VOA, a radio of the United States, reported that the operating rate of tractors, threshers and other farm machines is increasing in the DPRK to exert a good effect on its agricultural production. It quoted a report released by the Rural Economy Institute of south Korea to make this report. |
