The Cambodian newspaper People on Feb. 20 carried a photo of Kim Jong Il inspecting a unit of the Korean People's Army and an article titled "The leader revered by all people."

The article said that Kim Jong Il held higher the banner of Songun with his will to defend and defend the socialist cause with arms to the last at the end of the last century.

The article emphasized that thanks to his Songun leadership the KPA has grown to be matchless revolutionary forces capable of resolutely beating back any aggression forces.

The Feb. 15th issue of the Russian newspaper Leninskaya Pravda in an article titled "Son of the people" said: Kim Jong Il is regarding himself as a son and servant of the people while believing in them as in Heaven and teacher. His politics is always aimed at the people's welfare.
