S. Korean Ministry of Unification Accused of Blocking North-South Exchange

| Pyongyang, March 1 (KCNA) -- The permanent representative of the Media Headquarters of the South Side Committee for Implementing June 15 Joint Declaration accused the puppet Ministry of Unification of blocking the exchange between the north and the south. He chided the ministry for turning down the application submitted by the above-said organization to visit the north for a working meeting with the Media Panel of the North Side Committee for Implementing the June 15 Joint Declaration. He declared that the "government" refused to accept the application under an unreasonable pretext though it is very urgent for media persons in the south and the north to meet with each other. It is intolerable that the "government" completely blocked the non-governmental exchange between the south and the north, he added. |
