According to this program, 95 percent of rural population is to be accessed to safe drinking water and 75 percent of rural households have hygienic latrines by 2015, said a government official on Feb. 25.

Special attention is to be paid to the provision of safe water to rural areas, especially to remote and ethnic minorities areas.
