Israel Accused of Expanding Jewish Settlement

| Pyongyang, March 1 (KCNA) -- Mahmoud Abbas, chief of the Palestinian National Authority, on Feb. 25 criticized Israel for its moves to expand Jewish settlement. He insisted halting the settlement as a basic condition for resuming the Palestinian-Israeli peace talks. The Israeli occupation of the Arab territories as well as the Palestinian territories must be ended immediately, he said. |
