They are the Czech Group for the Study and Materialization of the Juche Idea and the Paektusan Czech-Korea Friendship Association.

In a joint statement on Feb. 27 they said:

The exercises for aggression on the part of the U.S. imperialists and the south Korean puppet forces are a provocation to the DPRK working to defuse the tension of the Korean Peninsula in a peaceful way through wide-ranging dialogue. They are also a serious threat to peace and security in the region and the rest of the world.

We vehemently condemn the joint military exercises and urge the U.S. and the south Korean authorities to stop their moves for provoking a war of aggression at once.

We express full support for the Korean people in the efforts to reunify the country independently and peacefully.
