Present there were Kim Yong Jin, chairman of the Education Commission and chairman of the Committee, Mun Jae Chol, vice-chairman of the Korean Committee for Cultural Relations with Foreign Countries, and members of the Committee.

Ambassador Jose Manuel Galego Montano and staff members of the Cuban embassy here were on hand.

The meeting reviewed the work done by the Committee last year for friendship and solidarity with the Cuban people advancing along the banner of socialism while protecting the country's sovereignty and revolutionary gains under the leadership of the Communist Party of Cuba. And it discussed the action program of the Committee for this year.
