During the inspection he instructed the unit to "imagine the types of provocations by the north" and "preempt actions on the spot when conducting an operation before making a report."

This is a paroxysm of a war maniac to ignite a war at any cost by escalating the tension on the Korean Peninsula and a very dangerous act of stirring up the confrontation with fellow countrymen.

Key Resolve and Foal Eagle joint military maneuvers kicked off by the U.S. and the south Korean puppet clique with huge armed forces involved have created such extremely dangerous situation in the peninsula that a war may break out anytime.

The forefront is known to the world as a region fraught with the biggest danger of a war. The south Korean military boss appeared there to invest the war maniacs of the unit with the full right to fire at the DPRK's side. This is a serious development which should never be overlooked.

This is obviously an open military threat to the DPRK and a very provocative act of pushing the situation to the brink of war.

His reckless remarks reflected the above-said scenario in his mind. This is a more dangerous development as they were let loose at a time when the war maneuvers are in their height.

It is not hard to guess that gunshots fired by war maniacs at the instigation of Kim may trigger off a war on the peninsula.

His scenario for preemptive attack was prompted by the ambition of the authorities for "achieving unification through absorption."

A proof of this is that he raved "he would wrest the military initiative from the north," "the north should be punished till it completely surrenders" and "the leadership of the north and its military are the principal enemy."

This goes to prove that he is the vicious enemy of the nation, top-class war maniac and wicked traitor.

Kim would be well advised to bear in mind that he will not escape a stern judgment by history and the nation if he persistently pursues the moves for a war of aggression against the DPRK like a puppy knowing no fear of a tiger.
