The authorities are responding to the north's sincere proposal for dialogue with the war exercises with the U.S., it said, stressing that this is intolerable.

The South Headquarters of Pomminryon will wage a vigorous struggle to shatter the belligerent forces' moves for confrontation and defend peace through the brisk tripartite solidarity movement of people in the south and the north and abroad, the resolution said.
