Foolish Remarks of S. Korean Chief Executive under Fire
Pyongyang, March 5 (KCNA) -- The chief executive of south Korea in an "address commemorating the March First Popular Uprising" referred to the dialogue between the north and the south of Korea.

Rodong Sinmun Saturday carries a commentary in this regard:

He said "he is ready for the dialogue", while talking about "the same nation" and "open-heartedness". But on the other hand, he groundlessly pulled up the DPRK citing "nukes and missile" and "armed provocation".

He even talked about "building up forces for unification", revealing once again his ambition for "unification of systems".

All his rhetoric made while staging joint military exercises for aggression against the DPRK is no more than sophism of a hypocrite.

The DPRK has already made a proposal for wide-ranging dialogue and negotiation with the south Korean authorities.

However, the south Korean ruling quarters ignored the sincerity and efforts made by the DPRK from the beginning.

They have kicked off a frantic racket over the nuclear issue of the DPRK together with foreigners, persistently pulling up its peaceful nuclear activities, far from coming out for dialogue.

They also worked with blood-shot eyes to stoke military confrontation and tension, while spreading the story about "additional provocation".

These remarks are aimed to evade the responsibility for having bedeviled the dialogue and calm down the internal and external public opinion critical of their war exercises against the north.

A lip-service for dialogue will not be of any help.

We will follow actions, not words.
