As for Hyon, he is the arch criminal who brought the present inter-Korean relations to catastrophe as he shaped the confrontation policy of the south Korean conservative authorities and is its executor.

Such rhetoric could be let loose only by Hyon who views even confrontation and war as peace and reunification, obsessed with extreme antagonism and ambition for confrontation with fellow countrymen.

By "the radical change in the attitude" he meant a very sinister scenario to disarm the DPRK and lead it to opening through the moves to escalate confrontation with the DPRK including nuclear and human rights rackets in a bid to realize his wild ambition for "achieving unification of systems." This is little short of declaring that Hyon would continue rushing headlong into confrontation with fellow countrymen and the moves to ignite a war against the DPRK, categorically rejecting the ideology and system in it and the improvement of the inter-Korean relations.

Hyon is an unpardonable anti-reunification element totally going against the aspiration of the nation as he is still vociferating about "principle", not content with having kept the inter-Korean relations in the mire of catastrophe for three years.

Hyon will never be able to shake off an ill-fame as an anti-reunification element.
