The belligerent forces are describing the saber-rattling as "a drill for defense" but it is entirely one for preemptive attack on the north, they noted.

The people feel as if they were living over bombs due to the ceaseless joint military exercises, they deplored, calling upon all the progressive forces to get united to struggle to achieve the peace on the Korean Peninsula, opposed to the war maneuvers for aggression.
