The three leaders discussed how to implement the 3-nation statement issued in 2010, agreed on additional measures and decided to wrap up the exchange of prisoners as soon as possible, said the statement.

It added that every party to the talks expressed its intention to settle all the disputes in a peaceful way and investigate the possible conflicts in cooperation with the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe.
