The document urged police departments across the country to properly solve the problems raised by the people and focus on the establishment of the system for punishing and preventing corruption.

It also stressed that police departments across the country should give priority to adhering to the Party's political discipline and fully meet the demands of the State Council related to land expropriation and home demolition and step up the construction of their own discipline inspection and control regime.
