They included the People's Socialist Party, Socialist Popular Party, Socialist Party, Committee for the Study of Kimilsungism, Institute for the Study of the Juche Idea, National Coordinating Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea, Fellowship Institute to Honor the Memory of President Kim Il Sung, Committee for Supporting Korea's Reunification and the Mexico-Korea Friendship Association.

The military drills disclosed once again before the world that the U.S. remains unchanged in its hostile policy to block the peaceful development of the DPRK by various means and stifle its socialist system by force, the statement said, and went on:

They fully support the DPRK's stand that it is ready for both dialogue and confrontation and it will deal a decisive and merciless blow at those who are keen to violate its sovereignty and dignity.

The U.S. should behave with discretion, bearing in mind that it would be held fully accountable for all the consequences to be entailed by its military provocations.

The U.S. and the south Korean puppet warmongers should stop at once the reckless military maneuvers.

The statement called on all the political parties, governments, organizations, progressives and international organizations in the world desirous of the peace on the Korean Peninsula and other regions to denounce the U.S.-south Korea joint military maneuvers and support the stand of the army and people of the DPRK.
