The organization declared at the meeting that it would give spurs to explaining the validity and vitality of the joint declaration on the basis of achievements and experience gained in the past and intensifying the academic activities to encourage people from all walks of life in their drive to implement the declaration.

To this end, the organization decided to form the June 15 academic forum and hold regular academic seminars and joint seminar of Koreans in the south and north and abroad to commemorate the anniversaries of the publication of the June 15 joint declaration and the October 4 declaration.

It said that it would expand the organization and stage widespread actions in solidarity with the headquarters under the South Side Committee for Implementing June 15 Joint Declaration.
