The editorial recalled that a few days ago, residents in Munsan in Phaju City, Kyonggi Province, urged a conservative organization to stop scattering leaflets against the north in the area of the Rimjin Pavilion, declaring they would physically block it at any cost.

There is no measure to dispel the uneasiness though the residents are living, exposed to the constant danger of military clash between the north and the south, the editorial deplored.
