Attending the ceremony were Jo Tong Chol, vice-chairman of the North Hwanghae Provincial People's Committee, Pak Kyong Il, vice-chairman of the association, and other officials, Ambassador Le Van Cu and staff members of the Vietnamese embassy here.

The chairman, vice-chairman and members of the North Hwanghae Provincial Committee of the DPRK-Vietnam Friendship Association were elected at the ceremony.

At the end of the ceremony, the participants enjoyed a performance given by the artistes of the North Hwanghae Provincial Art Troupe.
