It was reported that even war hardware including armored cars and vehicles for military operations of the puppet army would be involved in the drill.

This is an ill-boding development, indeed.

The puppet Fire Fighting and Disaster Preventing Agency recently made a survey of anti-air raid shelters and decided to remove at least 2,000 ones regarded as unsuitable. It designated new large-scale ones. These moves were reportedly aimed to boost the capacity of those shelters and, at the same time, expand alarm facilities in hundreds of places.

Such moves only betray the persecution mania of the criminals.

It is none other than the U.S. and south Korean puppet forces that are playing with fire on the peninsula. It is hard to understand from whom they are "defending themselves."

The puppet group admitted that "it is the first time that military vehicles would be involved in the civilian defense drill". Great irony is that they dare talk about "defence" after kicking off such large-scale military exercises against fellow countrymen across south Korea in collusion with foreign forces.

The projected "civilian defense drill" is a very dangerous act aiming at further rounding off the war preparations across south Korea in the light of the timing of the drill and its scale.

The war maneuver targeted against fellow countrymen can never be justified.

The DPRK will never remain a passive onlooker to the fact that the south Korean war-like forces are increasing the danger of war in league with foreign forces to an extreme pitch.
