Chinese Bereaved Family Demands Compensation from Japan
Pyongyang, March 11 (KCNA) -- The bereaved family of a Chinese apprentice killed in Japan on March 4 filed a suit in a Japanese local court demanding compensation for the damage.

The apprentice who worked at a gilt processing company in Ibaraki Prefecture was confirmed to have died of excessive labor. In this connection, the bereaved family demanded the company and the cooperative concerned pay about 57. 5 million yen in compensation for the damage.

He went to Japan in December, 2005 and met a sudden death due to long-time labor in June, 2008.
