This saber-rattling is the U.S. exercises for a war of aggression against the DPRK aimed to bring the whole of the Korean Peninsula under its military control in order to pressurize the east of the Asian continent. It is the exercises for a nuclear war involving huge nuclear attack means of the U.S. according to the operation plan for a preemptive nuclear attack on the DPRK.
