Application of Tuition-Free Program to Korean Schools in Japan Urged

| Pyongyang, March 14 (KCNA) -- South Korean poet Yun Hui Sang staged a one-man demo outside the Japanese embassy in Seoul on March 11. He urged the Japanese government to apply the tuition-waiver program to the Korean schools in Japan. The education in Korean language at the Korean schools should be kept on to defend national identity of the Koreans' community in Japan, Yun said. It is natural for the Japanese government to promote assistance to the Korean schools, legal education organs of the General Association of Korean Residents in Japan, Yun stressed. |
