Minju Joson Wednesday says in a bylined commentary in this regard:

Such action is an extremely dangerous military provocation to ignite another war on the peninsula.

Serious is that the U.S. and the south Korean puppet forces are becoming all the more undisguised in their attempt at a war against the DPRK.

The U.S. openly asserted that the purpose of the joint military exercises is to divest the DPRK of its "nuclear weapons and WMDs" and cope with "contingency". This only disclosed the aggressive and belligerent nature of the U.S. and the south Korean joint military exercises.

The U.S. is talking about "dialogue", but in actuality, it set it as its unique DPRK strategy to stifle it by force of arms.

It is inciting war hysteria on the peninsula. Lurking behind this is its sinister intention to establish military domination over Northeast Asia with the peninsula as a base. This is its invariable strategy.

The situation in Northeast Asia is rendered extremely tense owing to the reckless military provocation by the U.S. to establish its military domination over the peninsula and Northeast Asia.

The U.S. would be well advised to stop at once reckless saber-rattling which dampens the unanimous desire of mankind for lasting peace on the peninsula.
