US Increases Pressure on Japan over Beef Sale

| Pyongyang, March 17 (KCNA) -- The United States is putting increasing pressure on Japan over the issue of its sale of beef to it. Kirk, U.S. trade representative, in his recent speech made at the Senate expressed his strong dissatisfaction over Japan's failure to open its market, while restricting U.S. beef import. He expressed his stand to increase the pressure upon Japan to ease the restrictions on import. |
