It was participated in by the special unit and air units of the Ministry of Interior of Russia, and special units under the general departments of Interior of Moscow City, Moscow Region, Yaroslavl, Tula and Vladimir Regions.

Through the drill they boosted their capabilities for arresting or wiping out armed criminals and ensuring public order.
