Restraint of Overseas Academic Activities Is Unconstitutional

Pyongyang, March 20 (KCNA) -- The Florida Branch of the Citizens Freedom Union said that it is unconstitutional to restrain academic activities of Americans in the DPRK and some other countries, according to VOA of the U.S. on March 15.

Branding the Florida State Parliament's definition that scholars shall not use public fund when visiting the DPRK and some other countries for the purpose of researches as unconstitutional, the Branch, a human rights organization of the U.S., filed a suit against it to the U.S. Federal Supreme Court on March 11.
