In the message Kim Yong Nam noted that it is a demonstration of the united might of Chongryon that after the sudden occurrence of the disastrous quake its Central Standing Committee took emergency measures and is conducting positive rescue activities to protect the precious lives and properties of the compatriots in the quake-hit areas.
