Russia Rejects Japan's Concern

| Moscow, March 21 (KCNA) -- The chairman of the Security and Defence Committee of the Russian Federal Assembly at a meeting with diplomats on Mar. 18 brushed aside Japan's concern. He said he does not agree with the concern expressed by the Japanese side over Russia's bolstering of military potential in the Kuriles including the deployment of C-300 and C-400 there. He clarified that Russia has an intention to deploy these missile complexes in the Far Eastern region but it has nothing to do with the Kuriles. |
