After the emergence of the present "government" the registration fee jumped at universities to become a serious social problem, the statement noted, adding:

The present authorities came to power by winning public favor with the promise to cut down the registration fee by half, but they claim that they have never discussed such a matter.

There is nothing to be expected from the "government" deceiving people, the statement said, calling upon the students and their parents to judge the treacherous "government" pursuing a policy against education, a policy for the rich, in order to put an end to their sufferings.
