International Organization Concerned about Afghan Situation

Pyongyang, March 24 (KCNA) -- The Collective Security Treaty Organization expressed deep concern about the present situation in Afghanistan. It published a statement at the recent meeting of working group of the council of foreign ministers.

The statement said that the multi-national troops stationed in Afghanistan have failed to stabilize the situation of the country and this has become a root cause threatening the countries in the region.

The drug production in Afghanistan has expanded to such an extent as to pose a threat to the whole world, it added.
