At a press conference on Mar. 22 she said that China rejects the abuse of arms leading to increased civilian casualties and disaster against humanitarianism. All the countries concerned, she added, should abide by the purport and principle of the UN Charter and the rules of relevant international law and respect the sovereignty of Libya and its territorial integrity.

China appeals to all the countries concerned to stop the battle at once and seek a peaceful solution to the Libyan issue, she said.
