India Regrets Air Strikes on Libya

| New Delhi, March 23 (KCNA) -- The Indian External Affairs Ministry in a statement Sunday regretted the military air strikes on Libya conducted by the United States and other Western countries. The Western nations should not do anything that aggravates the already worsening situation for the people of Libya, the statement said. |
