China Plans to Launch Meteorological Satellites

| Beijing, March 24 (KCNA) -- China is planning to launch 13 meteorological satellites from this year till 2020. The implementation of this plan would help boost the capability for meteorological observation including greenhouse gas emissions, lightening, sun activity, etc. China has successfully launched 11 meteorological satellites so far. |
