The factory covering tens of thousands of square meters will produce organic composite fertilizer mainly by use of sludge from Pothong River and fly ash from thermal power plants and deposits from sewage treatment plants, etc. as raw materials.

When completed, the factory will produce tens of thousands of tons of fertilizer per year.
