In another development the puppet Ministry of Unification floated a "brochure on policy toward the north" which said that "there is no fundamental change in the attitude of the north and it is hard to find sincerity in it", "a responsible measure is necessary to cope with armed provocation" and "the south will maintain principle."

It even organized "inspection" of "Cheonan" and took human scum to Paekryong Island where they scattered anti-DPRK leaflets.

Commenting on this, Minju Joson Saturday observes:

Those acts are hysterical spasm of the criminals who are much upset by the truth about the "Cheonan" sinking being disclosed with each passing day.

Lurking behind this is their scheme to blame the sinking on the north and make it a fait accompli and justify and escalate their moves for a war against their fellow countrymen in the DPRK.

The conservative group of south Korea thinks it can bury into oblivion the hideous conspiratorial farce orchestrated by it and bring down the DPRK through persistent racket for confrontation and war against it. But it is no more than a pipedream.

Truth is bound to be disclosed and the criminals punished.

No matter how desperately the south Korean authorities may try to shift the blame for the warship sinking on to the DPRK, they will only meet stern punishment by the nation.
