Indiscriminate Use of Arms against Libya Assailed

| Moscow, March 24 (KCNA) -- Dmitri Rogozin, permanent representative of Russia at NATO, at a recent press conference clarified the stand against the indiscriminate use of arms against Libya. He said that the massive use of arms there may trigger off the escalation of dispute and uncontrollable chain reaction. |
